Runway Ops, LLC is a specialized transit consulting firm founded and operated by Jason Snow, a seasoned transit operations leader with decades of hands-on experience managing high-volume passenger fleets in demanding Southern California environments and beyond.
We tap an established network of transit veterans—experts from dispatch centers, control rooms, and field operations—who bring specialized skills to projects. Together, we turn around underperforming systems, optimize schedules for better on-time performance, reduce driver turnover via enhanced culture and accountability, win contracts and grants, and drive efficiency gains for private and public partners.
